A sea-cage year is a feeding year. Pellets have to be the right size for the mouth, dosed rather than dumped, and close enough that a weather delay does not empty the hopper.
Aquafaq's planned mill, a later-phase plant after Phase 3, is stored at 60,000 tonnes. The cages are stored at 5,000 tonnes. The public site divides those two desk figures and shows the ratio — today twelve times.
