Processing
Later phase (after Phase 3). Harvest, chill and prepare on the same island as the cages.

Harvest is iced and prepared on the same island as the cages.

Fish leave the ring, then the plant — a short road.

Processing is planned at 20,000 tonnes in a later phase; the cages are designed at 5,000 tonnes.
This plant is planned for a later phase, after Phase 3. It is not a current offering.
The plan is that fish at harvest weight are taken from the cage, killed humanely, bled and put on ice, then gutted, filleted, frozen and packed on Dalma, so the chain is short and the origin simple to state.
The planned process is lift, kill, bleed, ice, cut, pack.
The plant is planned at 20,000 tonnes; the cages are designed at 5,000 tonnes. These are design capacities, not production figures.
The process
How this plant is run, or is planned to run, step by step.
Each step is cultivation work — water, feed, transfer, ice — not a portrait of the company.

01
Lift fish from the cage
Harvest starts at the ring. The plant is on Dalma so a harvested fish does not travel a country before it is prepared. That matching is the design.

02
Kill humanely, then bleed
Fish are killed as they should be, then bled. This is husbandry at the end of the year, not a skippable step. Quality on ice begins here.

03
Put the harvest on ice at once
Cold is the first processing step. Ice on the island is why the planned processing plant is to sit next to the cages.

04
Gut, fillet and grade
Gutting, filleting and grading are designed to happen on Dalma. The origin stays simple to state: this fish was raised and prepared on one island.

05
Freeze and pack
Freezing and packing will close the chain. The plant is planned at 20,000 tonnes against 5,000 tonnes of cages.

06
State the origin as Dalma
A short road from ring to plant is the plan. Shrimp and mud crab, as future projects, would follow the same rule.
